We are looking for Junior Business Managers
that are dynamic and determined and that are self-driven and passionate about new beginnings to join our new team in Madrid. Together we will transfer our know-how and our potential so we can make the PrimeIT umbrella one of the greatest IT & Telecom Consulting companies in Spain.
The Business Manager’s main function will be to recruit, motivate, train, monitor and manage IT consultants and will be responsible for the strategic management of their business unit through upsell, proposals, negotiation and client management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in the area of management, economics or computer science;
- Spanish is a prerequisite and Good command of English would be considered an advantage;
- Ambition, determination and persistence;
- Previous experience in a Consulting Company is highly valued;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership in dynamic environments;
- Excellent ability to identify new business opportunities and to generate interest from potential clients;
- Proactivity and versatility;
- Organizational skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Be a Pioneer in our new team in Madrid;
- Find new leads and generate new business;
- Selection and recruitment of IT / TELECOM engineering profiles;
- Team management of consultants; oversees individual and team performance and development.
- Preparation of Weekly reports.
