Job Description
We are looking for a Projects Investment Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and financial skills to support strategic decision-making, portfolio governance, and process optimization.
Important: This is not a project management role. In this position you will not be managing projects or coordinating project delivery teams. Instead, you will focus on portfolio-level analysis, investment oversight, and reporting to support the strategic direction of the company.
Contract Details:
- Working model - Hybrid 75:25 in Switzerland
- Location - Chiasso, Switzerland
- Contract - Permanent, full-time (36 h/week)
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of PMO in Strategy and OKRs development, and portfolio governance.
Own and manage the investment and budgeting process for projects.
Develop dashboards and reports to track and analyse project investments
Align financial strategies between PMO, Finance, and other teams.
Drive process automation and efficiency improvements across reporting and planning workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, IT, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO, Financial Planning or Business Consulting or similar analytical role.
Proficient in Excel with strong data management skills
Ability in transforming data analysis into easy-to-understand visual reports and presentations
Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
