Do you want to help make a difference in the energy transition of a major industrial player? Do you get energy from bringing people together and managing meetings? Can you inspire others to use Energy and Water more efficiently?
What will you do?
- You are the Lead of the Energy & Water team. This is a team of approximately 45 professionals with an interest in sustainability from different hierarchical levels and backgrounds. Each team member represents their department and/or has expertise in a relevant field.
- You facilitate both small-scale (professional) working groups and quarterly meetings (with the entire team). The practical organization and reporting of this falls within your role.
- You maintain a lively dynamic with ambassadors, (subject) experts and Engineering partners.
- You manage the ideas received around Energy and Water Optimization , ranging from lighting to complex industrial installations. You determine the value and with what priority these ideas are treated.
- You periodically report to the sponsor (customer) on the state of affairs.
- You will follow up on promising new sustainable technologies in the field of Energy and Water.
Who are you?
- You have insight into Energy Management in an industrial
- You have experience in implementing Energetic optimization in the industry.
- You are easy to get along with, regardless of the very different personalities and backgrounds of your conversation partners.
- You are interested in the operation of small-scale lab systems as well as Energy and Utilities and complex production systems.
- You have sufficient analytical insight and technical background to be able to assess a savings idea.
- You like to take the floor, but above all you can listen carefully to your colleagues.
- You have a good balance between diplomacy and decisiveness
- You are open to new ideas, even if they are not in line with your own beliefs.
