How will you contribute and grow?

• Betreuen sämtlicher Abläufe der Auftragserfassung in SAP

• Entgegennahme von telefonischen und schriftlichen Bestellungen

• Vertretung und Unterstützung innerhalb des CSC

• Tägliche Backlog-Arbeiten in SAP und Datenverwaltung in diversen Systemen

• Durchführen von allgemeinen administrativen Arbeiten

Are you a match?

• EFZ als Kauffrau/Kaufmann und Erfahrung im Kundendienst (mind. 2 Jahre)

• Muttersprache Deutsch oder Französisch mit sehr guten Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse oder Interesse an der Gasbranche und technischen Produkten

• Umfassende IT Kenntnisse, SAP- und Salesforce-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

• exakte, analytische, qualitätsbewusste und prozessorientierte Vorgehensweise

• kontaktfreudige, teamfähige und initiative Persönlichkeit

• Flexibilität, Autonomie, Stressresistenz, sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
