As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to drive customer engagement, product visibility, and business growth. Leveraging market insights and cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure the success of product propositions, go-to-market initiatives, and marketing campaigns. Your expertise will help position the company competitively in the market while addressing customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Proposition Development: Create differentiated value propositions with clear USPs based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement impactful GTM plans for product launches, updates, and expansions, aligning with cross-functional teams and tracking KPIs
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, assess competitors, and recommend data-driven strategies
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales channels to meet their needs and ensure alignment with GTM initiatives
- Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns tied to GTM plans, refining messaging to boost engagement and conversions
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data and customer feedback to inform product development and future strategies
- Strategic Recommendations: Identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on proposition development, GTM strategies, and product marketing
- Deep knowledge of the Swiss SME Market (B2B) is a must, experience in Telecommunication is a plus
- Proven track record of launching successful go-to-market strategies with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of customer insights, competitive analysis, and market segmentation
- Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross- functional teams and drive alignment on strategic goals
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, impactful messaging. Fluency in English and German is a must
