We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our Global Sales team as a Sales Manager, supporting the promotion and sales of a diverse range of secondary markets-related products and services linked to the Swiss Exchange equity franchise. This is a fantastic entry into the dynamic world of capital markets, where you'll work closely with experienced professionals across Sales, Business Development, and Market Structure.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in financial markets who is ready to grow, learn, and make an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- drive and support sales activities across equity-related market data products and services, including taking ownership of select client accounts
- build and develop relationships with key contacts within assigned accounts, contributing to long-term client engagement and growth
- collaborate with senior sales colleagues to develop client insights and identify new opportunities
- contribute to internal and external reporting, market research, and competitor analysis
- help nurture existing relationships and support the onboarding of new clients
- participate in cross-functional initiatives related to business development and product promotion
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience or strong internship exposure within financial markets, ideally with knowledge of equities or trading infrastructure
- a genuine interest in capital markets, trading, and market structure topics
fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage, and French and Spanish language skills are a plus - excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and interact professionally with clients
- strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
- coding skills in Python and experience with Jupyter Notebooks are a strong plus
