Product Performance Mgmt Lead Specialist

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Performance Management Lead Specialist for its Miami, Florida location.

Duties: Research conditions in regional Caribbean and Central America (CCA) markets and provide product development, market strategy and Profit and Loss (P&L) Management for Trade Payable Finance business (Supply Finance) across CCA region. Track and analyze performances of revenues, efficiency ratios and investments on Trade Payable Finance solutions (actuals and versus plan and prior year) at country level. Coordinate with CCA countries and regional stakeholders on new product developments, rollouts, and rollovers of existing solutions to ensure they are aligned with US and domestic legal and regulatory frameworks.  Provide support, training and guidance to all stakeholders (buyers, suppliers, sales and banking) when upgrading solutions or launching new products. Coordinate with CCA supplier’s onboarding team priorities and annual targets. Conduct competitive gap analysis across CCA region.  Approve product deviations from global standards and/or low return programs when necessary.  Ensure Trade Payable Finance business passes all country’s audits.  Digitize workflows and agreements in each country. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires at least a High School Diploma, or foreign equivalent, and 10 years of experience as a Trade Structuring Lead Specialist, Senior Specialist, or related position involving financial product development and management for CCA region. Full span of experience must include: Compliance and Credit Risk Management; Financial Product Management; Trade Payables financing business (supply finance); Profit and Loss Management; Financial, legal and tax regulations for CCA region; and Audit controls.
