We are looking for a strong communicator who can build and maintain close relastionships with various interest groups as:
Head of Program & Product Management
The purpose of this position is to lead and manage strategic programs and products, ensuring they meet business goals and market needs.
Your Tasks
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable (project) plans, prioritize product backlog, manage feature requirements, allocate resources, and manage budgets
- Manage and report cross-project dependencies & KPIs, escalate issues to executive management
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead product discovery and market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities
- Drive product development from conception to launch
- Prioritize backlog and manage feature requirements
- Ensure successful product delivery with engineering teams
- Monitor performance metrics and drive improvement
- Guide pricing and go-to-market strategies
- Act as the primary contact for program and product matters and bridge communication between teams and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor teams while driving innovation and strategic thinking
Your Profile
- Minimum 8+ years in program and product management with proven track record and senior management experience
- Background in software development and/or technology
- Successful budget management and resource allocation
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership
- Dynamic leader with motivational skills
- Strategic thinker with decision-making abilities
- Experience with agile and modern development practices
- Proficiency in English; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel 20-30%
