The Workflow Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the timely execution of corporate client requests and/or transactions in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLA). Serves as a single point of contact for the different operations teams, regional processing centers and sales teams. Requires good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others to accomplish the objectives of the subfunction/job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.
Leads continuous process improvement projects carried out today by the area seeking to make them more efficient. Provides support to RSU Head in the implementation of product projects in order to guarantee they cover their respective controls, maintaining agility and precision. Manages the area control matrix, executing monitoring and controls in the area, seeking to reduce risk in the processes executed by the team.
Responsibilities:

Provides financial and management reporting, planning and analysis for a specific business unit, division, or product.

Responsible for providing support to sales team so ensure timely execution of onboardings or product implementation.

Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes.

Provide full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.

May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees but will not typically have formal management role.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2-5 years relevant experience in banking and finance products
Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
