About Our Client
For our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are seeking a Sample Management Officer (m/w/d). The company is renowned for its innovative solutions and global presence, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute global shipping orders for pharmaceutical products in a regulated environment
- Perform sample preparation tasks, including aliquoting
- Manage inventory of reference substances, both electronically and physically, for centralized laboratory facilities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, HSE, ISRM and other relevant guidelines
- Prepare and deliver raw data documents to internal or external stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for logistics-related queries and represent global teams locally
- Review and approve documents within the scope of your responsibility
- Support digital transformation initiatives as a subject matter expert (optional)
- Operate complex tools and laboratory automation systems to enhance efficiency
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in pharmaceutical development, logistics, or a related GMP field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in global shipping logistics; knowledge in analytical development/manufacturing is advantageous
- Proficient in using software tools and adhering to quality principles such as GMP and ALCOA+
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently; management experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); basic knowledge of German is an advantage
- Hands-on personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
