Swiss Exams is a leading organisation in exam management. We are an authorised Cambridge Assessment English platinum centre, IELTS test centre and an official Goethe exams centre offering exams throughout Switzerland. For the Exam Operations team in our head office in Winterthur we are looking to fill the position of:
The Exam Operations Team is responsible for the administration of the Cambridge English exams, IELTS English Exams, Goethe German exams, TCF French exams in various cities throughout Switzerland.
Your responsibilities:
- HR administration of all necessary documents for our exam staff (applications, references, training records, etc.)
- Coordination and recruitment of exam staff (speaking examiners, supervisors, and invigilators) for our Cambridge, Goethe, IELTS, and TCF exams in Switzerland
- Coordinating and preparing training content, overseeing and organizing sessions, and occasionally presenting training for exam staff
- Supporting the Team Leader with other important tasks
Your characteristics:
- Excellent organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Good communicator and team-player
Your qualifications:
- KV with experience / HF / FH or equivalent
- Proficient level of English & German (CEFR level C1), French is an asset
- Very good IT user skills (MS office programmes, databases etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills will help in liasing with our exam staff and partners. Previous experience in HR is an advantage. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable person, comfortable with a high degree of responsibility who can work well both independently and in a team.
