Position Summary
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized service and assistance to guests of the Rive Reine Nestlé Learning Center and the Residence. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.
A Day in the Life of a Guest Experience Specialist
- Warmly welcome and value guests, ensuring a home-like experience
- Proactively engage with guests to meet their needs
- Provide recommendations and make bookings for local attractions, activities and events; arrange group services and activities for a seamless experience
- Assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Make reservations, considering preferences and dietary requirements
- Address guest complaints promptly and diplomatically
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages related to the Residence and its guests
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, requests, and feedback
What will make you successful
- Hospitality degree or equivalent with experience within the hospitality industry
- Confirmed successful experience as receptionist or in a comparable role
- In-depth knowledge of the region, local attractions, events, and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonnel skills
- Proactive, with strong customer service orientation and attention to details
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Always maintain high level of confidentiality and privacy
- Flexible, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Membership in Les Clefs d'Or is a plus
- Fluency in French and English, German and/or Spanish is a plus
