Tâches
- Créez des tableaux de bord et rapports personnalisés selon les demandes.
- Assurez la qualité des données de la CMDB pour une gestion efficace.
- Implémentez des workflows et demandes de service via le scripting.
Compétences
- Diplôme en informatique, avec expérience en technologies web et ServiceNow.
- Connaissance des processus ITSM et ITIL V4 pour une efficacité accrue.
- Capacité à rédiger des plans de test et à documenter les résultats.

Your Impact
- You create individual dashboards and reports on requests.
- You assure the data quality of the CMDB (configuration items etc.).
- You implement workflows and service requests (scripting).
- You are responsible for the testing and documentation of your work and for the maintenance and expansion of the product catalogue.
- You conduct end-user training if required.
- You support in the elaboration of the specific Swiss requirements towards the PwC global SNOW instance.
Your Skill Set
- You have a degree in computer science (EFZ, Bachelor or similar)
- You have a bit of experience in:
- a) web technologies (JavaScript, XML, DHTML etc.)
- b) in working with the ServiceNow platform
- c) in programming / scripting in the SNOW modules related to ITSM
- d) in creating / configuring forms, reports, lists, workflows, notifications etc. in ServiceNow.
