The opportunity
We are seeking a Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. How you'll make an impact

Overseeing all Incoming Quality Control (IQC) processes for GIS, GCB, and Service

Acting as the key user for the SAP S/4HANA quality module

Executing continuous improvement projects aimed at saving resources and reducing processing time for quality department processes

Leading the "Zero Defect" strategy to increase the catch ratio.

Actively supporting the change process for the IQC relocation project (to Embrach)

Identifying new technologies and collect best practices to improve our processes and quality

Creating and visualize IQC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your background

Fluency in German and English is a must

Proficiency in any programming language

Lean Six Sigma training preferred but not required

Strong academic background: At least a bachelor’s degree in any technical field of Engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, process), with a preference for a master’s degree

Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps preferred but not required

Previous work experience in incoming quality control, quality assurance, or any other continuous improvement role is preferred

Recent graduates with a strong background will also be considered for the position
