We train: From summer 2022 we will offer two new apprenticeships in our cheesehumidoren in the city of Zurich.

The two apprentices spend a large part of their apprenticeship in ours Käse,humidor surrounded by around 200 cheeses. Thanks to a training association with Jelmoli AG, the exclusive premium department store in the middle of the city of Zurich, the budding retail trade professionals get a glimpse of three businesses: In our Chäshüsli im Coop City St Annahof, to the Chäshüsli in the Coop Center Eleven Oerlikon and in ours Käse,humidor in the Jelmoli Food Market. We have already been able to fill the apprenticeship for the EBA retail assistant internally.
The apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ food (m / f / d) with a focus on creating shopping experiences is extremely varied: you advise customers, build long-term customer relationships, maintain and portion the cheese and design the sales counter in an appealing way.
