In this position, you will be at the heart of the company’s finance functions and play a pivotal role in establishing, improving, and scaling financial processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis: Collaborate with a dedicated team and our auditors in the preparation of financial reports. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and work closely with stakeholders to create and monitor budgets.
- Design and Implement Financial Processes: Build internal financial controls and applications, e.g., business analytics, to provide timely insights into and improve the company’s financial and project performance.
- Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact and lead efforts in maintaining clear communication towards investors and key stakeholders. Prepare investor reports, presentations, and financial updates to support fundraising and investor activities
As prerequisites for this exciting job, we expect an advanced degree (Master, CPA, CFA, MBA, or PhD) and proven professional or (academic) project experience in Finance or Accounting. You show strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience in fundraising and/or investor relations are highly desirable. You further have strong communication skills that allow you to comprehensibly communicate about your reports, analyses, and insights to the team, the management of the company as well as external stakeholders. You show initiative and entrepreneurial spirit being able to work in a team as well as independently. Very good English skills complete your profile.
