For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for Product Owner (m/f/d).
Background:
Pharma Technical Operations (in this case: Regulatory, Supply Chain and Quality) are looking for an individual / Product Owner who can support the value assessment and organizational architecture of an upcoming project initiative. The focus is to strengthen automated compliance checks before releasing a product, i.e. collecting and assessing regulatory, supply chain and quality information from multiple source systems in the most automated way possible.
PTE (Pharma TechnicalOperations Excellence) is the organization that catalyzes global development and execution of PT's Digital and Operational Excellence strategy. The posted role is responsible for driving the delivery of a key digital initiative in the Regulatory, Supply Chain and Quality domains. As the Product Owner you will partner with customers across these PT functions to assess the business value and architect the planning and execution.
The initiative's goal is to integrate fully automated compliance checks into the release & certification process, ensuring comprehensive regulatory adherence and ensuring timely, efficient and compliant product deliveries
The perfect candidate is an experienced Product Owner knowledgeable in agile ways of working. The Person is business Case savvy, can interact with key business stakeholders, able to identify use cases (sub-projects) of this initiative, and suggest sequencing of use cases by effort and/or value. Lastly, the person is an Architect for an agile project delivery organization and creates a roadmap with anticipated timelines..
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Digital Transformation: Several years of architecting key initiatives and acting as a digital translator between business needs and technical roles by navigating across both domains seamlessly
• Strategic and analytical thinker capable of applying lean and digital principles. Conducting use case prioritization and assuming product owner role
• A results-driven and proactive individual skilled in identifying solution and managing transformation initiatives
• Experienced to work in GxP environments and validating IT systems
Must Haves:
• University degree in Science or Engineering field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience
• Experience in Pharma Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, or IT
• Proven experience in systems/data management and informatics, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive digital innovation
• Fluent in English
• Experience in GxP environments and validating IT systems
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• Project Management, Office / gSuite
• Influencing skills, ability to present in front of top management
Nice to Have:
• German & French
• SAP understanding of relevant modules
• Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt certified
