Key Responsibilities:

Profile:
- Technical or mechanical training, or comparable hands-on experience in a production setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience or formal training in team management.
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken); English knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.
