We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the introduction of a new product line and service across our sales and frontline-facing customer channels. This role is critical in driving the successful launch and integration of this adjacent product offering into our existing sales operations. The Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts, developing launch strategies, and steering the product's adoption across various customer touchpoints.
Tasks:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive launch strategy for the new home security service, ensuring alignment with the company's sales goals and customer experience objectives
- Oversee the product rollout within all sales channels, including retail stores, online platforms, call centers, and field sales. Ensure a seamless customer experience
- Work closely with Sales Training teams to develop training materials, and provide guidance to frontline staff to effectively communicate and sell the new service
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product introduction. Regularly review and adjust the strategy based on performance data and feedback from sales teams
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer-facing communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels
- Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support teams. Facilitate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders on launch goals
- Create mechanisms for capturing customer and sales team feedback post-launch. Use insights to refine the product positioning and address any gaps or issues
- Stay informed of market trends in home security and related services, and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, product launch, or channel management roles. Experience in telecommunications services is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully steering new product introductions across multiple sales channels
- Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive decision
