We are currently seeking for our R&D Department a
Responsibilities
- Developing innovative products encompassing mechanics and electronics.
- Managing development projects, either internal or for external partners, from feasibility study through to production launch.
- Generating ideas, conceptualize, and propose innovative solutions.
- Contributing to the company's development.
- Engaging in technology surveillance.
- Participating in enhancing the company's intellectual property portfolio.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Micromechanics, Microengineering, or Mechatronics from EPF/ETH or an equivalent institution.
You have
- Experience in managing development projects
- Expertise in multifaceted product design, integrating mechanics and electronics
- High competencies in electro-technics
- Proficiency in managing projects from ideation to production while developing new technologies
You are
- Inventive, rigorous and curious, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
Additional Qualifications (considered a plus):
+ Experience in Medical Devices development
+ Competencies in electronics
+ Knowledge of microfluidics
+ Experience using ISO13485 standards or equivalent
+ Experience with large-scale production
+ Knowledge of watchmaking
+ Proficiency in German (oral or/and written)
