Responsible for providing first level support to users and clients for all e-banking platforms, digital tools and applications, including addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding requestors through various processes.

Provide first level support to users and clients for online platforms, digital tools and applications within defined domain

Address user and clients inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive client experience

Assist requesters through various processes related to online platforms, mobile apps, and digital interfaces

Cooperate in projects related to the development and improvement of functionalities of the e-channels products
-
Ensure accurate reporting of interactions with users and clients, applications issues and incidents tracking

Provide training to users and clients if requested
YOUR PROFILE
Skills
-
Solid general banking-knowledge including products and processes accessible to clients through e-channels
-
Strong understanding of digital technologies, online platforms, and mobile applications

Solid interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective interactions with clients and stakeholders

Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to understand and solve issues or to address complex inquiries to next support level

Stress-management skills to maintain calm and focused in case of high-pressure or challenging situations
-
Fluent in German and either Spanish or Italian, very good English skills, preferably good written and spoken French skills
Experience
-
Proven experience in the role or similar in the financial industry beneficial
Education
-
Completed commercial apprenticeship (preferably in the banking environment) or high school diploma
