As a Solution Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering value to our clients. Working closely with our Relationship Managers and Client Success teams, you will act as a trusted advisor and product expert
Your ability to align client objectives with our products’ capabilities will be key in securing new business, fostering client relationships, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and presenting tailored solutions
- Partner with sales teams to navigate the evaluation stage of the sales process, providing technical expertise and strategic insights
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, showcasing how our solutions enhance efficiency and deliver ROI
- Contribute to account planning by sharing industry trends and insights into market segmentation
- Serve as the go-to advisor, creating a client-specific buying vision while overcoming objections with confidence
- Collaborate on packaging, pricing, and presenting solutions that meet client need
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC) to support forecasting and account management
- Ensure compliance with all business and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in a customer-facing sales role, with a track record of driving new business and solution selling
- Expertise: Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions aligned to client needs
- Collaboration: A proactive, problem-solving mindset that thrives in a team environment
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptability: Willingness to stay current with industry trends and continuously grow through learning
- Languages: Fluency in Swiss German and English. Italian or French are an advantage.
