We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and manage key customer relationships within the Swiss Nuclear Medicine market. The Sales Representative will be a key driver of our customer interactions, sales performance and business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our market presence and developing long-term partnerships with our customers. This role will involve strategically positioning our Diagnostic PET Radiopharmaceuticals portfolio to meet the evolving needs of hospitals, imaging centers, and clinical professionals across Switzerland, while identifying opportunities for business expansion and fostering sustainable growth.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management
- Responsible for driving sales of both established and innovative PET radiopharmaceuticals across Switzerland.
- Lead the entire sales process, from the customer consultation, preparation of the offers, final negotiation, and conclusion of the contract as well as the continuous support and follow up of our customers.
- Build deep, trust-based relationships that provide value to customers and patients, driving revenue growth in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Regularly visit Nuclear Medicine professionals to communicate about logistics, opportunities, portfolio, pricing, scheduling and analyze customer needs and feedback.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges related to patients, identify solutions, and foster a customer-centric approach.
- Track sales performance, provide regular reporting on activities related to visits and client contacts. Ensure appropriate documentation of sales activities.
Coordination and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery, resolve issues, and meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate planning activities and actions together with our customer service team, ensure daily contact with operational teams to offer seamless customer experience.
- Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders (logistics, production, customer services, external partners, customers)
- Ensure a quick response and coordination in case of issues with a client or in production to minimize the potential impact.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor degree in pharmacy or a related field (chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical business)
- 5+ years of experience in the sale of pharmaceutical products and / or background as a nuclear medicine professional (e.g. technician)
- Good knowledge of the Swiss Nuclear Medicine market and mechanisms.
- Experience working with Swiss healthcare professionals in diagnostic molecular imaging is a plus.
- Strong network in Nuclear Medicine in Switzerland is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding targets.
- Successful experience in launching new products is a plus.
- Confident mastery of MS Office and presentation techniques.

- Solid understanding of the PET imaging technologies, radiopharmaceuticals and their applications in oncology, neurology and cardiology.
