Are you a recent master's graduate passionate about people development and data-driven HR strategies? We are looking for a motivated HR Graduate to embark on a transformative two-year rotational journey that will shape you into a future HR leader. This unique program spans two key areas within our People department - Learning & Organizational Development and HR Analytics - giving you hands-on experience in critical aspects of Human Resources.
Tasks:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the design and update of learning materials tailored to various employee levels
- Develop and implement initiatives that boost employee involvement, motivation, and career growth
- Collaborate on change management initiatives to facilitate smooth organizational and cultural transformations
- Lead high-impact people projects in cross-functional teams, offering data-driven insights and recommendations
- Gather, organize, and analyze HR data to create comprehensive reports and dashboards for leadership review and provide data-driven recommendations
- Design and lead analytics use cases with high business impact, in collaboration with data scientists
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Strong affinity for data analysis combined with a tech-savvy approach to problem-solving
- Ability to design development initiatives that align with set goals and resonate with the target audience by integrating creative and strategic thinking
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in fostering employee growth and contributing to organizational success
- A strong team player who values collaboration and co-creation, with a hands-on approach
- Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
