The roleThe Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) is a key enterprise-wide planning & decision-making process which brings together the Commercial, Finance and Supply functions to help make better business decisions that create value for our company, our customers, patients and consumers by delivering the right product to the right place, at the right time, whilst managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities

Support the coordination of the Core Commercial Cycle/Demand Planning process

Support of global and regional demand review meetings, commercial representative at global supply review meeting, and operational responsibility & secretary SnOP (Sales & Operations Planning)

Facilitate and support regional heads in developing an accurate demand signal to supply, minimizing inventory risk and maximizing product availability to meet opportunities

Process accountable for ensuring decisions regarding allocation and reallocation (following supply plan) - lead processes to ensure best outcome aligned with allocation principles for the key markets and key products

Lead on CCC/SnOP action and decision log and ensure follow-up on all agreed actions

Support the implementation of the SnOE (Sales and Operations Execution), working together with the Global Planning Team

Support the Supply Chain Issue Management process, ensuring the right visibility and actions to all the issues that are escalated in the process

Support the implementation of the Performance Management process: identification of the proper metrics and KPIs across Supply, Commercial, and Finance to ensure we have control of our results and performance and we can take proper corrective actions/development where needed

Master's degree in business, Supply Chain, or Finance

+3 years of experience in supply chain & supply planning, commercial functions, or finance partnering

Advanced Excel skills, including macro programming

Experience with demand/supply planning tools and data analytics

Strong stakeholder management across commercial, supply chain, and finance

Experience managing complex, cross-functional business processes

Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
