For our IT organization based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, we are looking for a
IT Business Analyst – Contractor 12 months
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive IT Business Analyst with experience from a regulated IT environment (e.g. Pharmaceutical) to join our dynamic IT team.
The primary mission of this role will be to actively participate on the new systems implementations throughout the lifecycle of the project.
In the role of Business Analyst, you will support the project teams with identifying and documenting the needs and expectations from the system and translating them into functional requirements and technical solutions, along with verification activities, and authoring required QA/Compliance deliverables.
Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of system implementation projects. From gathering and analysing business needs to ensuring compliance and training users, you will navigate the entire project lifecycle with confidence and expertise.
- Bridge Business & IT: Understand and document business needs, translating them into functional requirements and technical solutions.
- Technological Problem-Solving: Act as a technical advocate for the business, liaising with IT and Quality teams to ensure system solutions meet both operational and compliance requirements.
- Support Project Management: Facilitate project activities such as coordination, updates, meeting documentation, and progress tracking.
- Ensure Compliance: Champion adherence to regulatory requirements, company IT strategies, and procedural documents throughout the project lifecycle (CSLC/CSV).
- Drive Documentation Excellence: Develop essential CSV documentation to uphold quality standards.
- Empower Users: Provide training and create comprehensive user manuals to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare, pharmaceutical industry or Biotech companies
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent use of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project).
- Ability to synthesize discussions and translate into a written structured format
- Experience with Veeva CTMS platform is a plus
- Fluency in English
