- Coordination of Restaurant Reservations: You manage incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring precise and timely entry into the system.
- Guest Service at the Highest Level: You are the first point of contact for our guests, providing expert advice on menus, events, and special experiences while accommodating individual requests such as dietary requirements or special occasions.
- Enhancing the Guest Experience: You promote exclusive events and seasonal highlights to increase revenue and offer guests an exceptional dining experience.
- Liaison Between Guests and the Service Team: You ensure seamless communication between reservation management and restaurant operations, relaying all relevant information to the respective teams.
- Data Management & Online Presence: You keep our reservation system (Aleno) up to date and ensure an appealing representation across all relevant platforms.
- Maintaining the Highest Quality Standards: You contribute to ensuring that our F&B department consistently meets the Kulm standards in service quality, safety, and organization.
- Completed training or degree in hospitality or gastronomy
- Initial professional experience in a similar position in the luxury hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
- Experience with reservation systems (Aleno preferred) and proficiency in digital platforms
- Must-Have: Very good German and/or English skills, Italian is an advantage
- A structured and independent work style combined with excellent organizational skills
