Our client, well-known European Leader of Sanitary Technologies operating within +50 countries, is looking for an IT Application Analyst / IT Data Owner for CRM Marketing Applications (m/f/d) to join their dynamic team. This exciting role offers the chance to shape data products, optimize marketing data flows, and collaborate with AI experts—all while working in an international environment.
Your Mission
As a valued member of the IT team, you will take ownership of data and technology for CRM Marketing Applications, driving excellence in data integration and product management:
- Lead IT data responsibility for CRM Marketing Applications, designing and managing data product structures.
- Own and optimize the Microsoft Customer Data Platform (CDP) and data transformation processes.
- Ensure data availability, quality, and integrity by collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders.
- Design and implement efficient ETL processes to integrate data from various sources using low/no-code tools and Python.
- Maintain high-performance, reliable environments while providing support for business and IT partners.
Your Profile
You’re an analytical thinker with a structured, solution-oriented approach and a passion for quality and detail. You also have:
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, or a related field.
- Expertise in Python programming, SQL, APIs/JSON, and data technologies, with knowledge of AI concepts.
- Experience in data modeling, data management, or data integration (an advantage).
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, Customer Insights Data (CDP), Google Cloud, or GA4 (preferred).
- Fluent German and English communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit for working in an international, team-oriented setting.
