What impact you'll make?
The Supply Specialist manages the transactional and information flow of the supply plan for the Thermal Services segment. Proactively communicates and works cross functionally to remove barriers to execution of the supply plan including managing regular reporting, issue identification and resolution, and meeting
mechanisms to ensure clean flow of information throughout the organization.
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Support tactical execution of supply plans within the segment while aligning to safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets of the business
- Keep ERP systems and tools up to date and accurate to the current supply plan.
- Regularly monitor, identify and resolve barriers to execution of the supply plan both in the direction of demand planning and with manufacturing sites
- Proactively communicate through regular mechanisms the status and issues in the creation or execution of the supply plan with schedulers and planners
- Issue Purchase orders to factories in a timely fashion in alignment with Supply Plan
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, Supply Chain (this is a Must for Hungary) or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in manufacturing, materials planning, inventory management or warehouse/distribution centers
- Fluent English knowledge is essential

- This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
