Are you ready for an exciting temporary challenge? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant (m/f/d) for our client in Zug.
What you will do
- Provide executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
- Organize meetings, workshops, and events, and assist with special projects
Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendors - Ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere for visitors and partners
Handle incoming communication, including phone calls, emails, and post, and ensure timely follow-ups - Create and edit reports, presentations, and documents
- Collaborate with the HR team for company events and initiatives
- Oversee office systems, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Lead sustainability efforts within the office

qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a senior administrative role
- Fluent in English, additional European languages a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
