Your Tasks

• Lead industrialization of new products and processes as technical project leader
• Define manufacturing requirements as subject matter expert for coating and surface treatment
• Develop manufacturing concepts and ensure conformity to design requirements
• Perform feasibility analyses and implement improvements in production
• Provide support to production, supply chain and quality organizations
• Create manufacturing and process instructions

With this you convince us

• University engineering degree or long experience as technician
• Experience in aerospace or mechanical industry
• Experience in coating and surface treatment technologies
• Knowledge of project management tools, 3D modelling tools and SAP system
• Team player with autonomous working methods and solution-oriented mindset
• Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English, Level B1
