Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
Your team
Join the Investment & Wealth Management Solutions division and become part of the Offering & Governance unit. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into Investment Solutions and Risk Projects.

YOUR CHALLENGE
-
Gain insights into the project management reality within a cross- functional / international working team covering a broad range of regulatory and Investment solution topics
-
Support the team in projects / ad-hoc requests relating to, but not limited to special, strategic initiatives & projects
-
Analyze / evaluate data, derive findings / hypotheses to discuss solution options
-
Support / prepare senior management-oriented storylines / presentations
-
Support managing deadlines by tracking timely delivery of tasks in budget and quality
-
Actively participate in / actively taking on tasks to support the team and drive deliverables by yourself

Build up know-how in project management (e.g., planning, budgeting, tracking, delivering, stakeholder management)
-
Actively drive stakeholder management ensuring cross-functional alignment whilst building personal network / trusted relationships.
YOUR PROFILE
-
Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Banking and Finance, Business Management or Economics (graduation max. 12 months ago)

Initial practical experience in Banking or Consulting and with ideally exposure to Private Banking / Wealth Management

Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in English and German, with additional languages being a plus
