The Head of Voice COM Engineering Service oversees all Swiss-wide activities within the Voice COM Engineering Service and ensures that technical projects, people development, financial targets, legal and compliance regulations are observed and met, while safety remains uncompromised. She / He works closely together with the Head of Data COM Engineering Service to ensure a seamless interoperability in terms of projects and run activities as well as deputizing each other.
- Contribute to the development of the ongoing technological strategic projects
- Adapt the organization to future needs by keeping the focus on the daily business
- Support strategic initiatives and programs relying on a sustainable and performant Voice COM service
- Lead, empower and develop a group of up to 10 Swiss wide located engineers
- Apply the Skyguide quality framework and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and instructions
- University Degree or equivalent in Electronics / IT Engineering
- Further education in business administration is an asset
- Several years of experience in a leading position like project management
- Proven track record in developing sustainable strategies related to business continuity and in their successful implementation
- Resilience: You allocate your energy and resources sustainably, and persist in working toward goals despite challenges and setbacks
- Empowerment: You empower others by listening, trusting their abilities, sharing ideas, and giving them the opportunity to make a difference
- Fluent in German & English, good command in French is a plus
