Main Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
- Lead the product backlog and release planning, setting clear priorities and objectives for development teams.
- Manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration between Product Managers, engineers, designers, and marketing to deliver end-to-end digital experiences.
- Oversee the creation of detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals, ensuring development teams have the necessary resources to deliver committed value.
- Act as the key decision-maker on features and functionalities, resolving any conflicts or roadblocks that arise during product development.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, ensuring effective product delivery.
- Continuously assess product performance, gather customer feedback, and lead iteration cycles to optimize product features.
- Ensure that all product features comply with relevant data privacy regulations, such as CPRA/CCPA and GDPR, and collaborate with legal teams to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Monitor product performance metrics, and report to senior leadership, providing insight into user engagement and other key indicators.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and cloud technologies to integrate relevant advancements into the product roadmap.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Lead Product Owner, particularly in B2B digital products or platforms.
- Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital products at scale.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), with a focus on scalability, resilience, and cost optimization.
- Deep knowledge of CMS platforms (especially Sitecore) and their role in building and managing digital experiences.
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies, with experience using JIRA, Azure Boards, or similar tools to manage sprints and product backlogs.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, and managing virtual teams.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws (CPRA/CCPA, GDPR) and compliance requirements, ensuring product features meet legal standards.
- Experience in digital marketing integrations, consent management, and B2B e-commerce strategies, with the ability to drive innovation across digital channels.
- Proven skills in negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement across all levels of a global organization.
