- Delivery & Coordination – Support project execution and planning, ensuring smooth delivery of automation solutions while aligning with customer priorities. Larger projects are handled by dedicated project managers.
- Client Enablement & Advisory – Guide clients in using Flowable effectively by providing best practices, hands-on support, and strategic advice. Depending on experience and interest, consultants can also conduct trainings and workshops to further empower clients.
- Innovation & Best Practices – Stay ahead of trends in automation, digitalization, and process optimization. Experience in Design Thinking or UX-driven approaches is a plus.
What you’ll bring:

- Deep knowledge of BPMN, CMMN, and DMN - ideally with Flowable, or similar platforms like e.g. Pega, Appian, or Camunda.
- Consulting experience, guiding clients through process improvements, automation opportunities, and solution design.
- Understanding of business analysis and requirements engineering, including stakeholder engagement and process optimization.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
- Fluency (C1) in German and English.
A Plus would be:
