The opportunity
Are you ready to make a significant impact in HR operations? Join our team for a limited contract and play a crucial role in enhancing our Document Management Tool. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing templates, collaborating with HR teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your technical proficiency and attention to detail will be key in troubleshooting issues and finalizing error-free templates. If you're fluent in German and English, with a customer-oriented approach and adaptability, we want you on our team!
How you’ll make an impact

Manual generation of templates including formulas and functional rules in Word.

Collaborate with HR teams to gather necessary information and requirements for template creation

Implement templates in new Document Management Tool

Conduct thorough testing of the templates to ensure they function correctly within the Document Management Tool

Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the testing phase

Review feedback from quality checks and make necessary corrections to the templates

Ensure all templates are accurate, error-free, and meet quality standards before finalizing

Publish the finalized templates in Document Management Tool for use by HR Operations
Your background
-
Bachelor's degree in Economics or IT (students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program are also welcome to apply)

Technical proficiency and experience with Microsoft products

Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities

Fluent in German and English; French or Italian is a plus

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes
