Au sein du département Marketing Activation, vous assisterez au quotidien un Shopper Marketing Exécutive dans son projet d’animation de marques sur nos différents canaux de distribution.
Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Concevoir, tester, produire et mettre en place des activités et solutions de présentation pour nos produits sur comptoirs et étagères, en point de vente.
- Echanger avec nos agences de manière quotidienne pour s’assurer que tous les éléments du projet sont en ligne avec vos attentes (planification, présences et activations) et être le point de contact principal entre l’agence gestionnaire de l’opération et la force de vente sur le terrain.
- Assurer une étroite collaboration avec les équipes en interne (Force de Vente, Legal, Customer Management, Route to Market, Brand Marketing, etc…).
- Suivre & analyser ces plans : s’assurer que les programmes et actions sont en ligne avec les exigences stratégiques définies (et établir des plans d’actions si nécessaire).
- Gérer le budget et les commandes relatives à votre projet et en assurer le suivi/reporting régulier à votre responsable.

EXPÉRIENCE
- Une première expérience en tant que stagiaire en marketing ;
COMPÉTENCES ET CONNAISSANCES ESSENTIELLES
- Excellente compréhension des principes d'activation marketing et de merchandising et des comportements d’achat en point de vente.
- Forte capacité à proposer des solutions créatives et à innover dans la présentation des produits.
- Bonne gestion du temps, sens de l'organisation, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, logiciels de planogramme, etc.).
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec différentes équipes.
- Excellente maitrise de la langue française : savoir parfaitement comprendre, écrire et parler ; et maitrise de la langue anglaise : savoir comprendre, écrire et parler.
Éducation / Qualifications / Certifications requises
- Master en Marketing et Communication/Digital
