What you'll do
- Support General Counsel and other Executive Committee members in day-to-day administrative and organizational needs
- Manage and maintain executive schedules for General Counsel and other Executive Committee members
- Travel management for General Counsel, Executive Committee and Board members
- Preparation Board, Risk- and Audit Committees; Liaise with Board Members, preparation of agenda and supporting documents
- Meeting coordination of various internal/external meetings
- Independent processing of incoming emails
- Ensuring that all departmental deadlines are met
- Processing invoices and expense management
What you'll need
- Commercial apprenticeship and preferably further education as Executive Assistant with Federal Diploma of Higher Education
- At least 5 years working experience as Executive assistant preferably within the financial industry
- Very strong organizational, time management and administration skills
- Extremely client-focused and service-based and accurate working style
- High attention to detail
- Strong team-player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of flexibility, ability to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure, and with a high workload
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Ability to handle confidential documents with care
