1st Level IT Support vacancy for our Glattpark based client in the telecommunication sector.
Your tasks:
- Providing professional and customer-friendly support through telephone and written communication
- Performing initial clarifications and technical troubleshooting with a focus on fixed network technologies
- Maintaining detailed documentation of customer issues and solutions to ensure seamless handover to 2nd and 3rd level support
- Adhering to Service Level Agreements and coordinate internal resources to meet or exceed performance standards
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to continuously enhance customer service quality
- Handling escalations with strong de-escalation skills and effective communication strategies
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience in technical support, ideally within B2B customer service or telecommunications
- Strong understanding of documenting and complying with SLAs
- Familiarity with VPN, Managed LAN, SD-WAN and VoIP is a must
- Language skills: German - fluent, English - conversational
