- Soutenir la visualisation des projets via Visual Basic et Power BI.

Compétences
- Diplôme universitaire, de préférence dans un domaine technique.
- Connaissance de Visual Basic et Excel, un atout précieux.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, la connaissance de l'allemand est un plus.

The Opportunity
This role presents an exciting chance to contribute to enhancing the operational business environment and its processes while actively supporting Project Managers in their responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to engage in business reporting, Shop Floor Management, addressing escalated projects, and identifying improvements in both work methods and data collection processes.
How You'll Make an Impact

Supporting in driving the visualization of project and financial status by getting and interpreting data through Visual basic and power Bi

Analyzing the key performance indicators and represent them while the area meetings (data collection and presentation)

Finding new ways for increasing working efficiency and focus time with lean approach

Connecting different departments within GCB business & identify the optimization possibilities to improve the working efficiency

Supporting Project Managers at documentation release peaks (This includes reading and understanding customers documentation specification requirements, collecting production and test documents and preparing documentation sets)
Your Background

You have an open-minded and adaptable personality, ready to embrace new challenges

You hold a university degree, ideally in a technical field, and have a strong willingness to learn new tasks and programming tools

You are eager to gain a deeper understanding of data collection processes and how a production unit operates

Your knowledge of Visual Basic and Excel is a strong advantage, but if you’re new to them, you can learn on the job using tutorials and online resources

Familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps (Microsoft Desktop, free tool) will be beneficial, but you can develop these skills during your role

Experience with MS SharePoint is a plus, but you can acquire this knowledge on the job

You are fluent in English, and proficiency in German will be highly valuable
