Having inspired millions of runners worldwide, we're expanding our horizons, and to help us reach new heights, we're on the lookout for a Specialist - B2B Marketing, Central who is responsible for On's brand development, positioning and consumer growth within General Sporting Goods (GSGs) retailers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
You will report to the Senior Lead B2B Marketing Central. This role can sit in either Zurich or Berlin, while the work will be hybrid and flexible, with some travel to other key cities in the region.
Your Mission

Drive brand awareness and sell-through across On’s Central B2B accounts focussing on the General Sporting Goods retailers (GSGs).

Build and own the retail consumer journey and Go To Market (GTM) roadmap for your Central B2B accounts and be their key marketing contact person.

Working closely with our sales team, you will play a key role during the sell-in process, introducing campaign-related marketing initiatives and setting the tone for the upcoming seasons.

Develop impactful, consumer centric retail marketing experiences in alignment with the central Brand Marketing and Brand Activation teams.

Together with your team, be the ear-to-the-ground and gateway to the market consumer landscape, reporting on trends, sentiments and consumer behavior, informing & influencing critical business decisions.

Ensure that all relevant initiatives are implemented on time and within budget.
