Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in different hotel departments and develop a well-rounded skill set? Our Cross-Training Internship offers you the opportunity to rotate through multiple areas of our 4-star hotel in the heart of the Swiss Alps.
Profil
✔ You are a student or graduate from a hospitality or tourism school
✔ Open & communicative personality who enjoys working in a team
✔ Passionate about guest service & eager to gain practical experience
✔ Motivated & proactive, ready to contribute to daily hotel operations
✔ Fluent in German or English, additional languages are a plus
Available Cross Internship Positions::
- Front Office & Guest Relations – Assist with check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest services
- F&B / Restaurant & Bar – Gain experience in table service, order taking, and event support
- Housekeeping – Ensure cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas
- Kitchen – Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Sales & Marketing / Administration – Learn about hotel management, sales strategies, and
