- Experienced Culinary Professional. You have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fine dining or high-end culinary environment. Your background equips you with extensive knowledge of cooking techniques and a deep understanding of flavor profiles.

Deine Aufgaben
- Independent Operation. You will independently manage your assigned station, taking full responsibility for the preparation and cooking of all dishes, including mise en place. Your ability to work autonomously ensures that every dish meets our high standards.
- Food Preparation and Storage. You are responsible for the careful and professional storage and utilization of raw materials and products. This includes ensuring that all ingredients are handled properly and efficiently to maintain quality.
- Inventory Management. You will assist in monitoring and ordering food and supplies for your station, collaborating closely with your team to ensure that everything is well-stocked and available when needed.
- Sanitation and Compliance. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen and storage areas is crucial. You will adhere to all legal regulations, including HACCP guidelines and minimum shelf life (MHD), to ensure a safe working enviroment.
