About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Software Engineer to enhance our growth initiatives and support key operational activities. In this role, you’ll leverage your technical knowledge and expertise to make a meaningful impact on Assetmax’s growth and stability. Responsibilities
- Drive the operational and developmental aspects of our financial applications, ensuring smooth integration and management on cloud infrastructure.
- Design, develop, and maintain Assetmax’s Wealth Management Software, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Optimize and automate cloud-based environments, ensuring high availability and resilience for our clients' applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile DevOps setup.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across production and non-production environments to uphold top standards of uptime and performance.
- Establish and maintain robust deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines tailored for financial applications.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives to automate cloud environments and streamline operations, enhancing productivity and consistency.
Who you are
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong experience in DevOps, specializing in AWS cloud technology, with a deep focus on financial applications and cloud operations.
- Several years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Strong DevOps approach, focused on automation, scability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in high-stakes financial environments, understanding data security, regulatory requirements, and operational resilience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in real-time.
- Fluency in English for business communication. German and/or Italian are a plus.
- Willingness to be part of a support organization, with a commitment to swift issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
