- Co-responsibility for the preparation and completion of our high-quality menus - from the half-board offering to à la carte delights
- Supporting the implementation of our high-quality standards in close collaboration with the Chef de Partie
- Careful processing of fresh, premium ingredients with craftsmanship and precision
- Compliance with legal hygiene regulations and our internal HACCP standards
- Active participation in banquets and events - where you can showcase your creativity and skills
- Completed culinary training and at least 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining gastronomy
- Passion for excellent cuisine and a strong sense of precision
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and resilience - even under high workload
- Flexibility and initiative to perform confidently in a dynamic environment
- Very good German or Italian language skills
