For our client, an international leading energy services company specializing in maintenance and high-voltage systems, we are seeking a Country Managing Director (m/f/d) 100% to spearhead business development in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:- Expand the business beyond low voltage maintenance, leveraging the existing customer base
- Grow services in engineering, high voltage maintenance, and refurbishment/extension activities
- Lead the establishment of a local team, initially supported by the French team

qualifications
- Strong business development experience, ideally in the Swiss energy market
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a team
- Degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of high voltage technology and electrical machines
- Fluent in French/English or German/English
