Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams and customers, conducting regular meetings to address concerns and updates.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle, supporting the ERP update by aligning system functionalities with business needs.
- Lead ERP communication rollout, including meetings and presentations for sales teams and customers.
- Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, and work instructions for ERP and Customer Service processes.
- Train and support the Customer Service Team on ERP system updates and process changes.
- Provide ongoing support during ERP go-live, addressing system-related issues.
- Assist in daily business coordination as needed in collaboration with the Manager.
Your profile
- Experience in customer relationship management, ideally in a customer service role.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and process documentation.
- Excellent communication and training skills, to lead presentations and support teams through system changes.
- Detail-oriented, with experience drafting and maintaining SOPs.
- Proactive problem-solver with cross-department collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in a subject matter expert (SME) role is a plus.
