ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
The RTM Coordination Manager is responsible for the design, review and maintenance of route to market strategy for Switzerland BU, identification of the opportunities in the sales teams and establishing the most effective strategy and routes to achieve the company goals.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Re-assess and define Route to Market strategy (Customer segmentation, universe, Time and motion, CCAF, SFPM, Customer Service policy vs RTM trends)
• Define action plan and milestones for sustainable improvement
• Identify key stakeholders and contributors, execute against action plans
• Stakeholder management will all relevant management levels
• Manage RTM deployment and related daily operational tasks
• Define size of prize of new opportunities and calculate business cases behind
• Ensure sign off by SteerCo and local Function Head
• Build dashboard of KBIs for the workstream, have proper routine reviews in place
• Ensure size of prize governance on quarterly basis
• Perform annual assessment cycle and ensure capturing in BP
• Ensure E2E comparability of options through cost-to-serve calculation

• Effective communication
• Timely and accurate decision making
• E2E knowledge of commercial functions strategy
• Product and industry knowledge
• Understanding of cost/revenue impact of decisions
• Driving license
• English – advanced level
• MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage asset
