- Guest Reception and Care: Be the first point of contact for our international guests at the swimming pool.
- Aquagym and Aufgüsse: Lead inspiring aquagym classes and conduct revitalizing aufgüsse.
- Safety and Hygiene Management: Ensure compliance with swimming pool regulations and perform daily cleaning tasks throughout the entire pool area.
- Quality Control: Monitor water quality and sauna temperatures daily to ensure an optimal wellness experience.
- Smooth SPA Operations: Coordinate towel refills, soap dispensers, and beverages to maintain high standards.
- First Aid and Emergency Management: Take on supervisory duties and provide first aid and life-saving measures if necessary.
- Technical Collaboration: Report technical issues and work closely with our technical service team.
- Start: immediately or by agreement, work percentage 50%
- Lifeguard Certification: Proof of lifeguarding skills and readiness to act quickly in emergencies.
- Experience: Practical experience in a similar position, ideally in the hospitality or wellness sector.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (Italian is a plus).
- Service Orientation: Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of guest needs.
