Your responsibilities
- Lead and execute the monthly S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and decision-making based on reliable data and insights.
- Develop meaningful demand scenarios that support strategic decision-making and enable feasible and agreed supply and demand plans across the organization. This can be done by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to refine demand planning assumptions.
- Oversee and manage the forecasting process for new product launches, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic thought partner, connecting Sales with Supply Planning and Production to optimize resource allocation and business outcomes.
- Manage relevant projects to enhance S&OP maturity, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in planning/forecasting processes.
- Support the implementation of planning tools and systems to enhance forecasting and S&OP capabilities.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience (5+ years) in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain roles, preferably within the MedTech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in demand planning tools, ERP, and advanced analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing projects and driving process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
